Munish Sharma is an actor, writer, and dancer with numerous TV and theatre productions to his credit. Originally from Saskatchewan, Munish has called Vancouver home for over a decade. Career highlights include hosting the 2017 Jessie Awards, 2015 Vancouver Pick of the Fringe Award winner for his one-act play, Mrs. Singh and Me (South Asian Arts Society), This Is War (Rumble Theatre, Tremors 2014), The Invisible Hand (Jessie Nomination, Pi Theatre), Bombay Black (2017 Vancouver Pick of the Fringe, Raghupriya productions), and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Chicken co-founded by Munish in 2010. Munish is currently working on his second show, Danceboy, which was first supported by the Monsoon Festival in 2018. A euphoric ode to dance, Danceboy will be showcased this fall in Rumble Theatre's innovative Tremors Festival. Recent credits include; A Thousand Splendid Suns (Arts Club), All's Well that Ends Well (Bard on the Beach), The Orchard (After Chekhov) (Arts Club), The Matchmaker (Arts Club), Victim Impact (Theatre Conspiracy).
