Jag Nagra (She/Her/Hers) is a queer second-generation Punjabi settler living, working and raising a family with her wife on the lands of the Katzie, Kwikwetlem and S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō). She is a Graphic Designer turned Illustrator with over 14 years of experience in the industry. She is passionate about community development and ending the stigma against LGBTQ+ people within the South Asian community. 

Inspired by her Indian roots, Jag focuses her personal illustrations on South Asian concepts that depict a sense of confidence and fearlessness—she unapologetically celebrates darker skin tones and South Asian garments and motifs.
