Born and raised in Punjab, India, Guntaj Deep Singh is a Vancouver based, self-taught queer artist who nourishes his imagination through his passion for art and romance. In his eyes, the purest form of art emerges from the very essence of human existence - emotions, the proof that we are living, and this constantly reflects in his creative vision; inducing conversations around sexuality, parallelism and the inevitabilities of life.

His visual creations are a rare blend of fundamental drawing elements (pencil, charcoal, oil paints) combined with digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Leonardo. He believes that life imitates art, therefore periodically indulging in an artistic release through his eye for dreamscape like aesthetics, intellect and fine arts. Art for him is the truest expression of his sentiments, and the process of creating – his raison d'être.
