RAJA SINGH is a professional dancer who has become world renown as “Bhangre Da Raja” on social media. He has been dancing since the age of 17 and teaching Bhangra and other Punjabi folk dances, including Jhoomar, Luddi, Dhamaal, Chaal, Sialkotiya, Fumniya, Sammiya. Since his arrival in Canada in 2021, he has continued to pursue his love for teaching these traditional art forms. Aside from teaching, he is an active competitive dancer, and recently danced with team Bhangra Brigade in 2020, who were victorious at a competition called Bhangra Arena.
